GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the general direction of the SVP of Real Estate and Asset Management, the AmeriCorps Member provides support in two strategic areas of work that are increasingly important to our mission: Brownfields Program Strategy and Land Banking and Strategic Property Acquisition .     • Identify funding mechanisms and potential sources of capital that could support acquisition, stabilization, maintenance, title clearance, predevelopment, and property holding costs;
    • Research how land banking and strategic acquisition can support affordable and mixed-income housing, neighborhood stabilization, commercial revitalization, and other equitable development objectives;
    • Develop a Strategic Land Banking and Property Acquisition Toolkit that outlines recommended strategies, decision-making criteria, potential partnerships, implementation steps, and case studies that PartnerTulsa can use to guide future acquisition efforts.
  • Member will prepare and deliver at least two presentations to PartnerTulsa staff during the service year on topics relevant to the above.
