Charity Marketing Associate – Charlotte, NC

Harvest Events is a growing marketing and community outreach firm in Charlotte, NC. We partner with charitable and nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, connect with local communities, and generate support for meaningful causes.

We are currently looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals to join us as Charity Marketing Associates . This is a full-time, in-person position where you’ll represent nonprofit campaigns inside established retail locations throughout the Charlotte area.

You’ll work alongside our team to engage with the public, raise awareness for charitable initiatives, and help connect individuals with opportunities to support the organizations we represent.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-store retail campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and community members through face-to-face conversations
• Educate the public about current charitable initiatives, programs, and causes
• Help increase awareness and generate donor support for nonprofit campaigns
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the organizations we represent
• Build positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and team members
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives
• Work toward individual and team fundraising and campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of our charitable partners

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level opportunity , so previous marketing or fundraising experience is not required. We provide training to help new team members develop the skills needed to succeed.

• Strong communicators with a positive attitude
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
• Interested in charity work, fundraising, community outreach, marketing, or leadership
• Comfortable working in an in-person retail environment
• Eager to learn and open to coaching and professional development
