• We're Hiring: Therapist – Family Centered Treatment (FCT)
• Locations: Cincinnati, OH & Lebanon, OH
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $56,516–$64,273 per year

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist – Family Centered Treatment (FCT) to provide therapeutic support to children and families in home and community settings. This role focuses on strengthening family relationships, addressing mental health challenges, and helping families achieve lasting stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide family-centered counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct mental health assessments, crisis intakes, and comprehensive family evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable family goals.
• Monitor family progress and coordinate aftercare services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Participate in family team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with community partners and connect families with appropriate resources.
• Complete required FCT training and certification.
• Provide flexible, community-based services, including evening and weekend sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families.
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis management, and communication skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to travel within the community and work flexible hours.
