WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll help homeowners and businesses keep their properties looking their best while delivering the five-star service Window Hero is known for. Our services include:
Window cleaning (interior & exterior)
Pressure washing & soft washing
Solar Panel cleaning
Support Drone cleaning operations
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and solar panel cleaning at residential and commercial sites
Safely operate ladders, pressure-washing equipment and company vehicles
Deliver friendly, professional communication with customers on every job
Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Keep vehicles and equipment clean, stocked and in good working order
Document completed work in our company software
Leave every property spotless — no residue, no debris left behind
Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and at heights
Able to climb ladders and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Excellent customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Works well independently and as part of a team
Experience preferred but NOT required — we value attitude and coachability over background.
