Legal File Clerk

3 months contract with possible extension

East Hanover, NJ 07936

This project consist of scanning documents in to Efiles, packing and cataloguing files in boxes to be shipped office site.
Computer skills need and the ability move around in a file room a lot of standing and moving around.
This project consist of attention to details, physically going to files, sorting files into categories by looking up data in Excel Spreadsheets (sort, find etc.) to determine what category each file falls into, scanning documents in to Efiles if needed, packing and cataloging files in boxes to be retained if necessary.
Computer skills would be Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Teams Meetings/Chat features needed and the ability move around in a file room a lot of standing, moving/sorting files files.

Be able to work collectively with others but also independently.
