While this position is primarily aligned to the Dallas/Fort Worth and Southlake, markets, qualified internal candidates may also be considered for other Charles Schwab hub locations based on business need, team alignment, and manager approval.Charles Schwab Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the reporting and analytics that support its mortgage, Pledged Asset Line, Home Equity Line of Credit, and other lending portfolios. Your work will improve the availability, timeliness, and quality of information used by senior leaders to understand loan pricing, originations, pipeline activity, portfolio performance, and emerging trends.You will translate complex data into clear insights, develop and automate reporting solutions, establish meaningful success metrics, and apply sound judgment to evolving business questions. Working across Finance, engineering, Credit Risk Management, Accounting, and Treasury, you will define reporting needs, solve data challenges, and support compliance, regulatory, and audit requests.
