Hall Automotive’s Corporate Office in Virginia Beach is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant / File Clerk!
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Duties:
Review, identify, and purge outdated records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring specific documents are removed when necessary.
Manually reorganize files within filing systems and transport records between separate filing locations on different floors of the same building.
Match physical files against electronic records to verify accuracy and completeness prior to purging.
Maintain organized filing systems, retrieve records as requested, and assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, updating spreadsheets, organizing paperwork, and completing other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must have basic computer skills
Ability to stand, sit, push, pull, crouch, reach above head
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to manuever in somewhat restricted workspaces
High attention to detail
